Hackett, Salter lead TCU to 99-67 win over Grambling

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP)—Brent Hackett and Henry Salter each scored 23 points to lead TCU to a 99-67 victory over Grambling State on Wednesday night.

Hackett got 18 of his 23 points off 3-pointers. Salter scored 18 of his points in the second half, while Hackett had 15 in the second half.

Kevin Langford added 14 points for TCU (4-0).

Duran Diaz led Grambling State (0-4) with 21 points. Anthony Williams added 14 and Andrew Priestley added 12.

TCU took an early lead and never trailed.

The Horned Frogs led 40-28 at the half.
