DAYTON, Ohio (AP)—Guard Brian Roberts scored 31 points to lead Dayton over ETSU 78-74 on Saturday.
Roberts was nine for 15 shooting from the field, including four of eight from behind the three-point-line. Chris Wright added 22 points for the Flyers, who shot 47 percent overall and 46 percent from behind the three-point line.
Dayton managed to win the game despite having 15 turnovers. ETSU had had 12.
Courtney Pigram scored 30 points for ETSU, while Andrew Reed and Kenyona Swader added 9 points a piece.
ETSU had the largest lead in the game at 9 with 10 minutes to go in the first half. There were 15 lead changes.
