BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. (AP)—Thomas Sanders had his fourth straight double-double with 14 points and 12 rebounds to lift Gardner-Webb to a 72-46 rout of North Florida on Saturday.
Sanders added five assists and five steals for the Runnin’ Bulldogs (6-15, 4-6 Atlantic Sun), who were 11-for-29 from 3-point range. Take Siddle added 14 points and Ricky McPhee came off the bench to score 13.
James Grimball had 17 points and eight rebounds while Chris Timberlake added 13 for the Ospreys (2-19, 0-11), who failed to make a field goal until midway through the first half.
The Bulldogs converted 15 turnovers into 16 points and led 33-20 at the half.
