Old Dominion 84, Drexel 57
NORFOLK, Va. (AP)—Drew Williamson scored 16 points to lead Old Dominion to a 84-57 win over Drexel on Saturday.
The Monarchs (12-5, 5-1 Colonial Athletic Association) took a 40-22 lead at halftime and led by as many as 35 in the second half after going on a 20-3 run.
The Dragons (12-4, 4-2) were limited to 42.2 percent shooting for the game and Old Dominion shot 58.5 percent from the field.
Gerald Lee had a career-high 14 points for the Monarchs, Valdas Vasylius added 13 and Arnaud Dahi had 11.
Scott Rodgers led Drexel with 13 points, and Bashir Mason added 11. It was the Dragons’ second conference loss in three days.
