Men roll in exhibition

Purdue won its exhibition opener Tuesday night, beating California of Pennsylvania 78-44.

Keaton Grant led Purdue with 14 points, while JaJuan Johnson added 12 and freshman D.J. Byrd 11.

Cal turned the ball over 32 times.
