Kingsley scores 19 points in Stephen F. Austin win

NACOGDOCHES, Texas (AP)—Matt Kingsley scored 19 points to lead Stephen F. Austin to a 69-46 win over Jarvis Christian on Saturday night.

Kingsley hit 9-of-12 shots from the field and grabbed seven rebounds for the Lumberjacks (8-4). Benson Akpan added 11 points on 5-of-6 shooting.

David Greene scored eight points to lead Jarvis Christian (8-2), an NAIA school that played the game as an exhibition.

Jarvis Christian hit just 22 percent of its shots from the field, including 3-of-15 attempts from beyond the 3-point arc.

Stephen F. Austin led 35-22 at the half.
