By now you know this story. Xavier sophomore Jordan Crawford dunked on LeBron James during a pick-up game at a basketball camp, Nike confiscated all video evidence of the posterization and debate ensued about whether the tapes were taken because they were embarrassing to LeBron or because of a long-standing Nike policy.
But we had yet to hear from either of the two main parties involved: LeBron or Jordan Crawford. Luckily, the cameraman who started this whole fiasco snagged an interview with Crawford the day after the dunking and, this time, Nike didn't jack his tape:
He was "geeked" about the dunk. I'm geeked that people still say "geeked".
Crawford's statement doesn't help answer the question about why the tapes were taken, but at least one of the two players involved is saying something, LEBRON. Your silence is deafening, King James.
