The best-dressed college hoops coach in America is ....

He hasn't taken Drexel to the NCAA tournament during his nine years at the school, but Dragons coach Bruiser Flint has nonetheless proved he's America's best in at least one important category.

For the third time in 10 years, Flint has been voted college basketball's best-dressed coach.

The well-coiffed Flint became the first three-time winner in the history of CollegeInsider.com's annual contest this week, edging out fellow Fashionable 4 qualifiers Tom Asbury of Pepperdine, Robbie Laing of Campbell and Buzz Peterson of UNC Wilmington. Flint was the No. 2 seed in his region, but he received a favorable draw because top-seeded Frank Martin and his trademark angry black pinstripe suit were ripe for an early upset.

The obvious question that any college hoops fan should have asked by now is what happened to Jay Wright and Rick Pitino? The Villanova coach's love of Gucci suits and Italian dress shoes should make him the John Wooden-era UCLA of this bracket each year, but the two-time champ didn't advance out of the Round of 16 in this year's fan voting, falling to Savannah State's Horace Broadnax. And Pitino's pocket scarf might cost more than most men's entire wardrobe, but he got bounced in the regional final by Peterson.

In case you were wondering, yes, there is also an assistant coaches bracket, won this year by Michigan's Bacari Alexander. He edged Louisville's Walter McCarty, Fairfield's Carmen Maciariello and Old Dominion's Jim Corrigan in the Fashionable 4 to take home his fourth title.
