Pepperdine's Keion Bell, ladies and gentlemen:

It would be possible to keep posting Midnight Madness videos for the rest of the week. There are enough dunk contests around the country, enough goofy player introduction videos, to last until the season starts. But since I'm not sure we're going to see a better dunk than Mr. Bell's -- in which he flew over five of his teammates before the slam -- I think we can rest. We've peaked.

For what it's worth, reader Jeff makes it seem as though Mr. Bell had himself quite a dunk contest: "This is where he dunks over 5 teammates. His first dunk was an off-the-shot-clock windmill dunk. His second dunk went between the legs. This was his winning dunk." Nor is this the first time Keion has done something semi-awesome. Observe his "Batman" dunk at Kobe Bryant Camp:

Well played, Keion. I always liked Batman better than Superman, anyway.

this dude is ok, but to be a really amazing dunk he needs to b able to jump over these people without uzing his hand as a means of gettin over them

Ii agree...he pushes off the first one's shoulder. While I could never do it....I don't think if you push off the first person it should count as an achievement dunk. What if the next guy uses a trampoline to dunk over 6 people? Does it count? Yes it is impressive...but not...best dunk of the year impressive.

I can do that too. Not only did the fifth guy duck down, but the jumper touched his shoulders using him as a crutch. How about noth touching anybody and no ducking. Try that.

weak, both of them used their hands to push off the shoulders of the guys at the back. shouldnt even count. I really hate the way the game of basketball has become this "And 1" B.S. where guys with great fundamentals and shooting skills are looked over because of this nonsense

even tho he wasnt original with the Batman idea..... he got that from my boy ( i forget his name) in like 2001 NCAA slam dunk contest. He did the Superman (where i think Dwight stole his idea from) and it was waaay sicker.

It's always funny to watch the crowed reaction.
There's always a dude who runs onto the court in complete amazement trying to high five people, (in this video it's the asian guy in the suit) that no one pays any attention to.
