The Dagger - NCAAB

Very early Tuesday morning (too early for any human to be awake, as far as I'm concerned) I was recapping Monday night's basketball action, and across my TV flashed a red-and-white specter of dunkness. I turned up the volume, found out it was Fresno State's Paul George, and that in the midst of the Bulldogs' loss to St. Mary's Monday he did something vicious and borderline despicable to a couple of young, innocent defenders:

>

Oof. Initially, I couldn't find the evidence of the dunk, but there it is, on the internets, right beside this dunk over two hapless, nameless players. Unfortunately that's the extent of his web highlight presence. Too bad, though I have a feeling George will garner a few more Youtube clips before his time at Fresno is up.

Yeah, he's 6-7. I used to dunk in practice, and I'm only 5-10. I cannot imagine how HUGE my dunks would have been had I been that tall. Nice dunk, though.

#7 your an idiot, there is no offensive charging, just charging. Besides it was in the air, so it would be on the defense if there was a call...

#9 - directly from the NCAA Rulebook
" In order to draw an offensive charge the defensive player must establish legal guarding positioning in the path of the offensive player. If contact is made, the officials would issue an offensive charge. No points will be allowed and the ball is turned over"
So there is such thing as an offensive charge, so you are the idiot and there is no restricted zone in college, so the defensive player established position before the offensive player took off

Hey blondeguyone : let`s see now, you`re blond which means you`re probably white and you say you used to dunk. What did you use a trampoline or a springboard ? Haven`t you heard : "White Guys Can`t Jump ?"

I don't know it's hard to see the dude's feet, but it sure looked like he was set. I would have called charge personally. I saw this replay briefly, it's just wasn't really that impressive compared to what UNC was doing to Kentucky (in the 1st half at least, should've been a blowout) and on the pro level, Kobe, Lebron, and J. Howard just totally owned the highlight reels that day. This dunk was pretty [profane]ty compared to what Kobe and Lebron were doing in their games

How did it go from a dunk to someone chomping on someones wee wee? Amazing how some can't articulate themselves without going there.
