Extra Onions is a roundup of college hoops stuff from around the 'Webs. As always, email or follow me on Twitter to send along links I should see.

• The Karen Sypher saga rolls on: Sypher was appointed a new attorney on Friday after separating with her former law man, Thomas Clay, over what Clay called "irreconcilable differences." (Lawyers love to use this term. It's like me and the word "endearing." I always say that word, to the point of annoying my friends.) Anyway, her new lawyer is named James A. Earhart, and he sounds like a pretty good lawyer, and good God this case is still happening, isn't it? When will this thing go away?

• Some other Kentucky basketball news: Here's video of a UK basketball pickup game. John Wall does some semi-awesome stuff in the midst of what is possibly the laziest game of all-time. Still, worth watching:

An NBA-oriented scouting report of Luke Harangody. It'll be interesting to see if Harangody can do anything differently in his senior year to make him more appealing to the NBA. If Tyler Hansbrough can get drafted in the lottery, surely Harangody has a roster spot somewhere, right?

Dana O'Neil tracks Isiah Thomas on the road. Apparently, Thomas isn't using flash and name recognition on his recruiting trips; he's played it low-key instead. In the meantime, Tom Crean has printed up a set of t-shirts for himself and his coaches, so "kids could see us coming and going." Thomas as the quiet underdog? This is a change.

• In response to the Sporting News's best-ever coaches list, About.com delves into the worst coaches of all-time. The usual suspects abound.

    I have 2 comments:
1). I feel sorry for Karen Sypher's new attorney. Possibly the only time I will ever feel sorry for an attorney, too. She not only needs an attorney, but a psychiatric evaulation, too. For her to continue on an on with this outlandish lawsuit against the deep pockets of Pitino and U of L is just stupidity. Nuff said about that.............
2). I must've missed the awesome JW moves, because the practice was just boring! I couldn't stay awake through the whole thing.

For me... let the court decide the case on the facts... who is right... hell if I know... read a lot of junk about it...
how long will this case take... it just doesn't matter... finding the truth is important... we should follow it because rick is one of the top coaches .... who is guilty of what, when, and where... difficult situaion for all involved..
best of luck in finding the truth... ciao...
