Cleveland State might want to start playing more games in the Carrier Dome. In its first appearance at Syracuse since upsetting No. 3 seed Indiana en route to a Sweet 16 berth in the 1986 NCAA tournament, the Vikings returned Monday night and stunned No. 11 Syracuse on a 60-foot heave at the buzzer. It broke a 69-69 tie and gave Syracuse its first loss of the season, 72-69.
The shot was from Cedric Jackson and it's likely to be the best, biggest, buzzer-beater you'll see all season.
Don't think that the Cleveland State win was too much of an upset, though. The Vikes have played well against good teams this season, while Syracuse has struggled with teams it should outclass.
Some might say this is karmic payback for Jim Boeheim's decision to keep playing Eric Devendorf in light of his troubles. Or it could just be a really awesome shot.

Not sure how any Syracuse fan can feel good about their team while this piece of dirt continues to play.
Boeheim should be ashamed of himself.
