OK, so he's actually dressed like Bob Huggins, right out of the Charlie Sheen catalogue. But those -- count 'em -- two shiners beneath Huggins's right and left eyes, and the big welt on his top right, make him look less like a basketball coach than a man who had the misfortune of facing Manny Pacquiao with money on the line.

The explanation for the bruises? Here's AP photographer Bob Gay's caption:

West Virginia University athletic director Ed Pastilong, left, and WVU basketball coach Bob Huggins are shown Sunday, June 7, 2009, at a fantasy camp basketball banquet in Morgantown, W.Va. Huggins kept his sense of humor as he sported two black eyes and a welt. He says he stepped into the edge of his bathroom door late one night. Pastilong's right hand was in a cast from recent surgery.

Oh! A bathroom door! Late at night! Why didn't I think of that? Because typically when one's eyes are black and blue, it's because he or she slammed his or her entire face into a bathroom door at such an angle so as to bruise only their eyes, but not their nose or forehead or cheeks. Duh! That makes perfect sense.

He would have to run into that door at 50 mph for it do that damage. what a poor excuse. Bob continues to do decent on the court while dealing with a non existent graduation rate and problems off the court. Maybe he accidentally slammed his head into the door repeatedly...accidentally

He also had another "accident" a couple of months ago when he "tripped over a cone" at an airport. Wonder how long he has before WVU has to fire him? Keep in mind he has a "no substance abuse" clause in his contract...
