The Dagger - NCAAB

This is a few days old (Sporting Blog and Maize and Brew had it first), but it's worth re-watching, especially since we know the outcome of the game. The below is Ohio State center B.J. Mullens before Ohio State's game vs. Michigan at Michigan on Saturday:

"Boo." Intimidating an opponent was never so eloquent.

Still, Mullens made up for lack of vocabulary by scoring 15 points on 7-of-9 shooting and, wouldn't you know it, Ohio State beat ranked Michigan in Crisler Arena, just like B.J. said they would. In other words, Michigan got sonned: first on YouTube, and then in their own building. I eagerly await Michigan's video response, but I'd also like to urge caution. This is exactly how the Ice T-Soulja Boy fued started.

This guy is a tool. I lost a lot of respect for him when he was taunting the crowd at Illinois the other night after making a basket....and his team was still down by 20. Get some perspective, kid. And yeah, Monroe is twice as good as this clown.

What do people expect him to say about Michigan? It's Ohio State and Michigan, of course they're going to hate each other regardless of what any of the players are going to say.

I don't know who the bigger tool is? The guy doin the interview or Mullens. Sounds like he's peer pressuring Mullens to talk tough and Mullens must think this guy actually is somebody becuz he does. Stick to developing your game BJ, you're not good enough to talk s**t about nobody yet. You wouldn't even see the court if Greg Oden was still playing at Ohio St.
