On Saturday, Alabama guard Anthony Brock attended his grandmother's funeral. On Saturday evening, he left Little Rock and drove through the night with his cousin in order to make the noon tip-off in Knoxville. Then he hit a miracle shot at the buzzer to give the Crimson Tide a 70-67 upset win over Tennessee (skip ahead to the 50 second mark for the play):
"She helped me with that one," Brock said of his game-winning heave.
