A.J. Price makes Jerel McNeal's ankles pop

The above (via the Mouthpieces and the Sporting Blogs) is a video you're going to want to watch a few times, if you haven't seen it already, and even if you have, it's worth another look. It's UConn guard A.J. Price utterly destroying Jerel McNeal with one of the quicker inside-out moves you'll see all year. If you're able to watch the clip without yelping "OOOOHHH," you have more will power than I.

McNeal's ankles weren't the only thing Price destroyed last night. He had his way with the entire Marquette defense, going for 36 points on 12-of-20 shooting, including 8-of-13 from three.

    That's the patented inside out he used to use in his A-ville (High School) heyday.... Where you at? And he wet the jumper and dropped 36... Best Big Game guard in the nation

    the guy was off balance before AJ price even made his move. pulling a "move" on inferior talent doesn't make it an ankle breaking move, it makes it an over hyped play

    not really an ankle breaker.... he was on his heels already going backwords. Now... if he went sideways that would have been an ankle breaker.

    Did you see him point at the guy on the ground right before he drained the j? And the defender was Marquette's best player! Sick move with a little bit of 'tude. What more do you want from a Big East playmaker?
