Arie Kouandjio

On the Hoof: This is one big, barrel-chested lineman with long arms and hands the size of peach baskets. He has a wide base, yet his legs are slim and athletic. Kouandjio is physically similar to Georgia offensive lineman Cordy Glenn.
Needs Improvement: Continue to work on lateral movement and make sure not to become too top heavy or he will only be able to play offensive guard at the next level.
Most Impressive: One of the nicest kids off the field, but he is one mean, physical competitor on the field that will bury a defensive lineman in the dirt. Should really excel as a top-flight, run-blocking machine.
Conclusion: Is big enough and strong enough to compete for playing time as a true freshman. He should become an excellent right offensive tackle at the next level with the versatility to play offensive guard. He definitely has long-term potential beyond college.
