Scouting Report on Bill Walker

An elite athlete on any level, Walker has the potential to be a big time NBA small forward. His power and explosing make him unstoppable around the basket. His skills with the ball are steadily improving, and he has the tools to be a multiposition defensive stopper. His play without the ball is the area of his game that needs the most work.

Jerry Meyer serves as a national scout and recruiting analyst for Rivals.com. He played at Lipscomb University where be became college basketball's all-time career assist leader. Meyer earned Mr. Basketball honors in the state of Tennessee as a high school junior and senior. He has served as an assistant coach at Vanderbilt and also co-authored the book, "Basketball Skills and Drills."
