On the Hoof: Will physically remind fans of former Boston College linebacker Brian Toal. He is a slightly undersized linebacker but with a lot of lean muscle mass and strength. He is "tweener" between a safety and outside linebacker in size.
Needs improvement: He must improve lateral quickness, because he is a bit stiff and changing directions could be a liability as a defender. Hull must be more of a force at the point of attack because he can get swallowed up.
Most impressive: He has great instincts and is excellent in coverage. He also loves contact, and you can't teach that kind of aggressiveness.
Conclusion: Will most likely not be an instant impact guy. He needs a couple years to add needed muscle mass, but he should end up a success because he is a hard worker and a great tackler.
