On the Hoof: Fulton has a long frame with long arms and room to add another 20 to 25 pounds. He is built a little like former Tennessee great, and current Miami Dolphin cornerback Jason Allen.
Needs Improvement: In order to stay at corner, Fulton will need to work on flexibility, because he is a bit stiff in the hips.
Most Impressive: He covers a lot of ground in the secondary and knows how to play through pain. Fulton also has the speed to run with receivers and serious game-changing ball skills.
Conclusion: Has the ability to play either corner or safety at the next level, and this versatility may give him a shot at playing as a freshman on passing situations. He should also be a stalwart on most coverage teams early in his career. Don't be surprised if Fulton becomes a three-year starter wherever he ends up.
