On the Hoof: Possibly the most muscle-bound player in the entire country at any position. Looks like a professional body builder. He and Ronald Powell are the two guys you want getting off the bus first if you were a college coach.
Needs Improvement: Most muscle-bound athletes have a tendency to be stiff in the hips, and Luc does suffer from a small case of that. With a focus on improving flexibility, it will allow Luc to turn and run with smaller, quicker backs.
Most Impressive: His tackling technique is incredible, as he sinks his hips and lifts with both arms, disabling the ball carrier every time. Luc also plays downhill, inflicting the majority of the impact on ball carriers.
Conclusion: Will definitely see early playing time on special teams while working his way into the starting lineup by his second season. Look for him to have plenty of highlights of crushing blows on the post-game highlights.
